Morning Glory
1. pour in a mixer, for 1 person
o 30 g fresh lemon juice
o 1 tsp sugar
o 75 g Scotch
o 6 drops of Pernod
o 1 egg white
o 2 tsp. plastic cream (35%)
o 150 g ice cubes
2. turn on the mixer for 10 sec. Or put it in a shaker; pour
in a glass
Gin Fizz
1. pour in a mixer, for 1 person
o 45 g lemon juice
o 90 g gin
o 1 tsp. sugar
o 60 g sparkling water
2. pour in a shaker with some ice cubes; shake for a few seconds;
3. pour in a very cold wine or whisky glass
Silver Fizz
1. proceed as for the Gin Fizz
2. add a few drops of plastic cream (35%)
Ramos Gin Fizz (New Orleans)
1. proceed as for the Silver Fizz
2. add more plastic cream: 1 tsp
3. add a few drops of orange blossom water
Marguarita
1. pour in a mixer, for 1 person
o 15 g fresh lemon juice
o 60 g Tequila
o 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2. pour in a shaker with a few ice cubes; shake for a few seconds;
3. take a round slice of lemon and press it around the brim
of a champagne or cocktail glass;
4. take the glass and dip it in a plate with some table salt
5. pour the mix
Spritzer
1. cut the skin of a lemon in a unique piece;
2. put it in a beer mug with some ice cubes;
3. pour 180 ml of white wine
4. and 120 ml of sparkling water
Whiskey Sour
1. pour in a mixer, for 1 person
o 30 g fresh lemon juice
o 90 g blended Whisky
o 1 tsp. sugar
2. pour in a shaker with some ice cubes; shake for a few seconds;
3. pour in a ice cold goblet
Decorate with a cherry or a round orange slice
